Parent & Guardian Portals
The Canvas portal is where you will find information about your student’s academic courses, assignments, and grades. New families will be able to log in to their accounts once school is in session. To learn how to log in and use your account click here.
The healthcare management system we have adopted is called Magnus Health SMR (Student Medical Record). This is a web-based system, complete with a user-friendly app (Android or iPhone) which we recommend you download. You will have continuous access to your child’s health record as well as the ability to make updates when needed.
ENROLLMENT/FINANCIAL AID PORTAL LOGIN
Finalsite Enrollment (previously SchoolAdmin) is where you would find information about re-enrollment and financial aid, as well as resources for enrolled families such as the family handbook, boarding student policy guidelines, school supply lists, etc.
RenWeb is where you will find schedules, report cards, information about attendance, and the school directory. New families will be able to log in to their accounts once school is in session.

New Family Orientation & Opening Days
New Family Orientation helps families transition into the school by informing them about the academic, outdoor, sport, and service programs as well as other aspects of student and residential life. It is an opportunity for parents to meet their child's advisor, become acquainted with the Wilderness Orientation leader and group, and connect with other faculty, administrators, and staff. Parents will also be able to help their boarding students move into their dorm rooms. Families will be provided with a detailed schedule closer to orientation day, but for planning purposes, the program will run from approximately 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. During the afternoon, students will spend time meeting with their Wilderness Orientation groups and begin preparations for the 10-day backpacking trip. At the end of this day, boarding students will return to the dorms for the evening and day students will go home with their families. All students will meet back on campus the following morning for a full day of on-campus orientation programming and preparations for Wilderness. (This is just for students—there are no parent activities on this day.) On the third day, all new students will depart on their Wilderness trip and embark on this incredible adventure together before officially starting the school year!

Wilderness Orientation
Wilderness Orientation is a fun adventure filled with exploration. Our program is designed to introduce all new students to the school's values of respect, responsibility, and excellence through a ten-day backpacking trip. RSVP for Family Weekend
Sponsor Family Weekend
Family Weekend is an annual event that brings family members to campus. The purpose of the weekend is to give students and their families an opportunity to be together in the school community and to meet with teachers and advisors, visit classes and Student-Led Conferences, listen to speakers on parenting and college counseling topics, and participate in the life of the school.
Highlighting the weekend is the CRMS Coffee House (the student talent show) as well as other fun fall programming.
This year, published author and college admissions expert, Becky Munsterer Sabky, will join the program, and we have re-envisioned the weekend to allow families to spend more time with their student and take full advantage of the CRMS experience.

Parents play a crucial role at Colorado Rocky Mountain School. As a CRMS parent, you embrace the school’s mission and core values. You also understand the importance of fully supporting the curriculum, faculty, and staff that ensure the program’s success. We encourage all parents to become an active part of their student’s CRMS experience.
VOLUNTEERING
There are myriad ways throughout the year to support CRMS students and the school—everything from sharing your special talents to helping run special events, even hosting international students or admissions receptions. Please contact Danika Davis for ways to give the precious gift of your time and energy.
PHILANTHROPY
Parent support of the CRMS Annual Fund and other fundraising priorities is essential to Colorado Rocky Mountain School’s ability to provide its transformative educational experience.
Please explore the Giving  page to discover the many ways you can partner with CRMS to ensure that your student’s educational experience is the best it can be.Â
Informal, yet steeped in tradition, Colorado Rocky Mountain School Commencement is a beautiful event when the community comes together to celebrate the graduating seniors. The senior class proceeds to the Commencement Lawn, with the students wearing colorful floral head wreaths or boutonnieres, and each senior receives a traditional CRMS leather diploma. Commencement is followed by a special luncheon prepared and served by the CRMS kitchen.
