CRMS will hold its annual flu shot clinic offered by Garfield County Public Health, which is open to all students and staff.

If you opted in for the flu shot via your health forms, your student just needs to show up.

If you did not indicate you wanted a flu shot for your student but now want one, please contact Micki Kibler / (970) 963-3761 by November 1.

Cost: $25 for the flu shot/$30 for the nasal mist, charged to your student’s account.

*Public Health is not able to offer COVID shots; parents can sign their student up for COVID shots at City Market, as an option.
