Bryan grew up in Connecticut, attended college and graduated from the University of Montana majoring in Environmental Studies with a minor in Sustainable Food and Farming. He worked his way up in the kitchen from a dishwasher to executive chef, and learned to combine his love for sustainable farming and cooking through the culinary arts. When he’s not cooking up tasty meals in the Bar Fork, Bryan enjoys mountain and gravel biking, hiking, and basketball.
